    Comments by customer I have a 4-room HDB flat and was sold by Prescella Ong. I would like to express my appreciation of her help to sell my flat at a price I wanted despite the poor market. She is capable and professional in her job. She not just selling but at the same time provide me with a lot of help and information regarding buying a BTO flat. I would not proceed so efficiency in selling and buying a BTO flat without her help. She treat her customer like a friend instead of a buyer or seller. I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation. ERA is fortunate to have a great agent and thank you so much for her help.
