Her detailed explanation to every of one of my queries to each and every procedure and process was excellent. She rendered assistance at each step taken to fill in documentation for HDB. I'm very pleased and satisfied with her work ethics to source and list out potential flats for physical viewing according to my requirements and it only took a few viewing to finally secure my dream home.     Comments by customer Nina did a great job in representing me. Initially i did not want to have any agent to represent me as i felt that i can do all the process, but she came to me and explain to me in details the process of purchasing the flats without any obligation. She really convince me that this isn't a job just for anyone, and i gave my trust to her to help us with the hunt. It took her just a day to get me to view the houses, and I'm impressed with her job. Even with the circuit breaker that happen, she did not stop the hunt for a house, and we are able to view virtually. But i wasn't convince with virtual viewing as i felt that buying a house is a lifetime commitment and i want to be there to see for myself. She respect my decision and patience enough to answer all my questions. After the circuit breaker, we continue our hunt again That is when we found our dream home. A 5-rm unit, that is within me and my husband budget. For this, I really got to applaud her commitment and her patience.
