Roy, with his hardworking and dedication actively helped search for a buyer and sold my home in 10 DAYS. As I was overseas, Roy was easily available via call and text. I accepted his requested for Roy's team to market my unit with a non exclusive arrangement (I had over 2 months of exclusive arrangement with another agent with no luck). Roy's team was outstanding and sold my 5 rm Punggol unit at record price for my block within less than 2 weeks. I thank them for their perseverance and wish them all the best.
