    Comments by customer I would like to express my warm thank you to Serene Ng for the handling of the sale of my flat. Serene was highly recommended to me by a close friend who has bought and sold properties through her. I am just grateful to my friend for introducing Serene to me and am very impressed that a young lady like her can actually give very sound and professional advice. My concern then was whether my property, HDB on 2nd floor can be sold at a good price in today’s slow HDB market. Through Serene’s effort in marketing my property and her professional advice, my property was sold within a short period of 2 weeks which is way faster than my expectation. Serene had also patiently followed through the paperwork and timeline with me and the purchaser ensuring a smooth submission process. This allows me to focus on my work without much disruption from normal routines. I’m impressed by her professionalism, expertise and efficiency. Today, Serene is my GO-TO agent for any property transaction.

    Comments by customer I had the good fortune of having Serene to be the attending agent when I was enquiring about Paterson Residence at the same time whilst I was having a hectic time of moving my family to Singapore. Serene was flexible in meeting up for the viewing and was very knowledgeable of the property as if she was the owner. Made me feel very comfortable and confident to rent.

     

    Post moving in, to say that Serene is helpful would be an understatement as she has since provided assistance in many areas during my stay here in Paterson Residence and has been very responsive to inquiries. From the main door electronic replacement, to the wardrobe glass replacement, everything has gone on smoothly. This has really made the entire engagement with ERA even more special as most agents would de-prioritise "after-sales" matters.

     

    My experience with Serene has been nothing short of pure satisfaction and I can only hope that she would be able to help me in my future rentals or fingers crossed, purchase.

    Comments by customer Serene Ng recently again helped me rent out an apartment at Balmoral Crest and I felt that a note of compliment and thanks is in order. This was not the first time Serene has helped me rent out the apartment, testament to her approach of nurturing long term relationships – she was the first I called when my last tenant moved out.

    In the last few years of working with Serene, I found her to be among the best I have come across: Serene does not just focus on marketing and showing the flat, but takes care of all handover details, helping out on needed contacts for sprucing up the apartment for instance (painter contacts, minor repairs). She is also very helpful to be there to open the door to contractors when needed, and resolve any issues with outgoing tenants.

    Importantly, her role in renting out the apartment was objective, helping the landlord like myself get the best tenant – in terms of rental amount (not pushing to rent out quickly for low rents, yet advising on realistic expectations), and in terms of selecting the preferred tenant type.

    I am grateful for her help.
