    Comments by customer Hope you are well. I would like to provide my compliments and deep gratitude to one of your salesperson Patric Poon (Tel: 90908301) with regard to my current purchase of a property at Corals At Keppel Bay. All thanks to Patric, I’ve been able to not only find my dream home with the perfect sea view backdrop, but also with the right insights on the property to make an informed decision on my first single ownership property.

    I’ve had the honour to meet Patric almost 10 months ago through a social media marketing ad on the said property while I was looking out in the market and settling a difficult and tedious decoupling sale of my existing property.

    The development was a love at first sight but I was held back by several issues with the decoupling of my existing property that took ages to resolve. I’ve also had the opportunity to work with a few other property agents but upon hearing my situation, they were quick to shy away, let alone a lending hand. Not only so, they were focused on selling their portfolio at hand which were not a good match for my needs, rather than putting the needs of the customer first.

    Patric made sure I was profiled correctly on my wish list and budget right from the start, thus made sure that my priorities came first when introducing a suitable portfolio of developments. He was a great sounding board to make sure those priorities were made, with great market insights and potential development; current market trends, sales prices, rental potential, tenant pool profile... etc., which were key points that an investor would be keen on.

    I was kept informed of the units of interest up on sale promptly, if they were available, star buys, market insights on the locality, and other value gem developments that were on sale. Despite countless visits, Patric made sure I’ve got all the exposure I needed to make a decision.

    To facilitate my decoupling process, Patric even relentlessly followed up over 08 months to make sure things were moving along, sending reminders to follow up and chase the right parties and even used his network to help put pressure on the issue at hand especially at a time when I had great latency issues from a major local bank. His efforts were greatly appreciated and heartfelt thank you is definitely due.

    Patric is definitely a rare find among the pool of ERA talents who brought sincerity, earnestness, insights and experience to the table. I’m looking forward to work with him again on my future projects.
