    Comments by customer I always have the impression that property agents are just out to maximise their benefits, rather than the clients' and this is proven in the many agents my parents and I have dealt with. I think Joey is a rare find in the property agent market and I believe if there are more Joeys around, buyers and sellers would have a more pleasant experience buying and selling, with little or no regret after as well.

    In a world where the middleman can be easily removed from the chain especially with the help of technology and the efficient sharing of information, having a property agent like Joey will really be the reason why clients would willingly go through a middleman. While I am only the buyer in this transaction, having seen how genuine she is in her engagement with the seller as well, I would readily have her as an agent if I were to sell my property in future.

    This is the kind of property agent we truly need but lack in Singapore. And we are indeed grateful to have met such an agent.
