    Comments by customer Ming Seng has demonstrated professionally throughout his conduct in managing my property rental. Case in point, i had a difficult time on my kitchen pipe leakage. We could not find the source as different council and agncy kept passing the buck around. Ming Seng has gone beyond his duties to help me manage the situation with various parties keeping me informed. Without his assistance, it will have been difficult for me to juggle my work and handling the issue too. I have confidence in him looking our for the best tenants for property. Tenants ch4acter is very important above pricing to ensure the best maintenance of the property. He has an eye for sich tenants. He also takes good care pf tenants needs and landlords obligations. I have minimum fuss and peace of mind having Ming Seng handling my property rental needs.

    Comments by customer I am a very contented landlord. Ming Seng is sincere, prompt, reliable and responsible. He went many extra miles to provide excellent service and support. Together with my interior designer, they went to look for suitable and tasteful furniture to make the dual key apartments attractive and comfortable. He even provided his spare TV set to one of the apartments. We had rounds of discussion and he understood the profile of tenants that I prefer. He secured good tenants for me in April 2019 and the partnership between landlord/agent/tenants has been great. His follow up has been great and I am forever grateful to my friend who recommended Ming Seng.
