    Comments by customer Sherman definitely knows his stuff and his experience is evident. He knows how to sell a property. Knowing the advantages of the unit at the back of his hand, he was able to reccomend the unit according to the requirements of a potential buyer. He could easily diminish their doubts about any aspects of the house. It’s not enough to know just about the unit. He is well-informed about nearby establishments and developments and is able to reccomend our unit to potential buyers despite the obvious choice of buying the new development coming up beside ours.

    Comments by customer Given the same parameters, Sherman manage out perform another agent and managed to meet our expectations and gave us a substantial list of units to choose from. He was able to work within our tight timeline and fit up to 8 viewings within the same day. He knows his stuff and provides a fair and unbiased point of view for every unit we view. He was very ethical when it comes to negotiating price and managing expectations. He was crucial in helping us to secure a favourable unit (to buy) within a very short period of time as per our requirements.

    Comments by customer Sherman was very patient with our house search. We were very selective on the units that were viewing and we viewed alot of units. Sherman was with us for every step even with the administrative things. He's experience and expertise were useful in securing the unit we bought and that we did it as quickly as possible. Even after the purchase, there was an open line for me to ask any questions we had quickly. I would recommend Sherman to anyone who needs to buy or sell their property. Thanks for all your help!
