During our house visits and selection, he provided important information and shared what he knew to the best of his abilities. Highly knowledgeable. He also offered his earnest opinion on the different units to help us better make informed decisions. Most importantly, he was never pushy; always allowing us the flexibility of time to make our choice. We are very comfortable with his service! Very humble and sincere guy. He went beyond his call of duty during the purchase of our EC when we had a mistake with our cheque during the initial booking fee for the house. Communication with him is easy and sincere.     There was some price dispute in the beginning, but he still managed to give us the right advice and secured a favourable deal for us.
    We were very thankful to him and will not hesitate to recommend friends to him.
